Kris Baron

Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (USA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Kris has worked as a senior auditor with the National Audit Office, where he managed various high level compliance, statutory and value-for-money audits of government owned corporations. Kris was also a systems, financial and compliance auditor at the Lotteries & Gaming Authority (LGA) where he managed a wide portfolio of gaming operators and platforms. Kris is the Director in charge of regulatory and compliance  matters and is responsible for remote gaming and e-commerce clients. Kris is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and holds an Auditor’s warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board.

David Borg

Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Accountants. David has worked in a senior management capacity with some of the largest international corporations to operate out of Malta. Over the years he has gained extensive experience particularly in the oil and gas, international tourism and real estate sectors. He has advised various companies on business development, tax structures and corporate governance issues. He has also developed and implemented accounting and administration systems for various entities. David is the group’s tax partner and is responsible for business development. He also holds a Chartered Accountant’s warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board.

Nicholas Gouder

Director, Fiduciary and Corporate Services – nicky@capstonegroup.com.mt

Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and holder of a B.COM (HONS) in Business Management issued by the University of Malta. Nicky has significant experience in handling a wide portfolio of local and international clients operating in various industry sectors. Nicky is responsible for client accounting and administration and compliance. As director of fiduciary and corporate services, he also sits on various boards as company secretary and director. He also holds a Chartered Accountant’s warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board.
